My take on the KSU Game after watching it

Dont forget about Cally. I was real impressed with him on saturday. The fake field goal shut up the purple people real quick. Im starting to see his strategy, and I love it. For some reason I just always want them to score just one more time. I have a fever, and the only perscription is more cow bell!

I'll take the win. Good to end the streak in Manhattan. I still have concerns about the secondary, but I think that will last the whole year. But they didn't give up any td's and only a lucky 54 yd fg.

Taylors play is starting to concern me a bit. I don't know if is the play calling or what. His completion percentage has dropped in 2 of the last 3 games. While I know he won't throw for 75% the whole year like he started the season, it just brings up a concern.

Where has Herian gone? Is he not getting open or are they just throwing to other receivers.

It's great to see Purify step up, but like previously mentioned, I agree that they seem to be locking on him a little too much and leaving out other threats like Swift, Nunn, Peterson, etc.

And where is our first round draft pick, Carricker. Another week without a tackle on the stat sheet. This game I frequently saw him being blocked by only their tackle and being unable to get around. I think he is playing smarter this year, not making too many mistakes, but also not making the big play.

Our DT's are looking good though. Ola, Suh, Cryer, Steinkuhler. Great pressure all game, stuffing the running holes and destroying the draws. What a pick by Suh. I can't believe the officials took so long in determining if it was a pass or not when the ball never hit the groung and it was our ball reguardless.

:bonez :bonez The D only gave up 3 points, a great win on the road, and now it's time to move on and beat Texas to get a chokehold on the Big XII North.
