Who was the Tiger who threw the ball, after the play was done, at our defense once the play was done. Not once but twice? I know he was only flagged for it once but what a sissy...

That was CJ Spiller, the 'Lightning' portion of 'Thunder and Lightning,' although there wasn't much stormy weather as the Blackshirts held them to a combined 44 yards. I only saw him throw the ball at a Husker once - Blake Lawrence, I believe, and Blake did push him roughly out of bounds.

 
meh....I've seen players do alot worse. It was stupid to be sure, but again, it was just frustration surfacing...it's not like he was going to actually hurt anyone by flipping a ball at them. It was unsportsman-like and deserved a flag, but I didn't think it was all that terrible.

agreed, sure did provide some comedy though.

 
He probably didnt want to throw it hard becuz he prob did want to get a penalty....he mite have assumed that the ref wasnt looking so if he "floats" the ball at lawrence, nothing gets called..

If I'm not mistaken he did it earlier in the game as well but didn't get caught the first time.

Was it just me or was there a lot of crap being talked by both sides yesterday?
