But people like me get roasted alive for doing the EXACT same thing (in the past) that Mavric is doing in this thread..only thing different is all of the people running to defend him. Bottom line is...an argument based on conjecture is just that...conjecture. So, let's accept that you can't prove an opinion and MOVE ON everyone.

Can we all just agree upon a statement about Banker and move on? I don't know... something like...

"Banker didn't do well enough at Nebraska to retain his job."

Trying to argue the difference between 'he wasn't very good' and 'Riley gave him things to improve upon which he didn't' is like trying to argue between 'my life sucks' and 'I've been trying to do things to improve my life and they're not working.'

Either way, your life just sucks.

Gerry, who played safety for Nebraska over his final three seasons in Lincoln, has added on serious weight since arriving in Philadelphia. According to a CSNPhilly report, Gerry is up to 228 pounds. When Gerry was drafted, he weighed just 212 pounds, meaning he has added about 16 pounds in a month.

During team workouts, Gerry has been playing at both outside linebacker spots, while also being a part of all four special teams units for the Eagles.

I'm an Eagles fan and follow them somewhat closely through a couple of different sources. Gerry never really showed too much in the preseason.

It's good he'll be on the practice squad, but he'll have to start making some plays if he wants to succeed at the NFL level. Or get good at special teams.
