I was thinking the exact same thing. How hard would it have been to lift an image of each recruit's back and use it to create a customized pic of each guy. They could at least get the arms and neck right.

 
Is that an actual player? Was trying to figure out who it might be. Recent #15s are what DPE, Rose-Ivey, Carnes (rule him out), Dennard, Washington. Can't imagine it would be older than that...

It is just a model wearing #15 to signify the 2015 signing class. I bet it is an actual player wearing that jersey.

Not exactly practical for so many graphics at once, but when I was at Wayne State (they still frequently ask me to do work for them 3 years removed), whenever they have big recruits coming in, they find me pictures of the actual kid playing, I change up the colors on their jersey, replace the numbers and type to say 'Wildcats' or 'Wayne State' or whatever, and the kids light up when they see it.

It's weird that this is only now becoming a more widespread thing in college athletics. We were doing this in 2008 and thought it was a no brainer.

The #15 might not even be real at all - just as likely it's a smart layer in Photoshop. If you look at the names, they all have the same wrinkle imperfections, from literally typing it in and then letting the smart object warp it the same way every time to make it look like it's on the fabric being moved around.

I didn't look the images very close but now that I did, I see what your saying. I figured they used 15 for class, just curious if it was an actual player assigned that number (easter egg thing I guess). I do agree they used actual players...
