All they ever do is the Pro Combat uniforms, but those were some of the better ones last year. I just wish they would have gotten the rights to use Adidas alternate uniforms. But that probably would have been to much work for the people rendering since they have designs that are a little more intricate than matte helmets and a splash of black.

Michigan, Notre Dame, Wisconsin all had pretty exceptional alternates last year.

I have to say, I'm really on the fence about this. I liked NCAA 11, didn't care much for 12, and right no, not sure what to think about 13.

 
If they removed inhuman defender reaction times/speed like ZRod said, a lot of this game's issues would be remedied. If those two things aren't noticeably better when I start reading reviews/seeing gameplay, then this will have been another wasted year for the NCAA series.

Then again, what they really need to do is make one game and continue to release patches/updates for it for a few years, but as long as we poor saps continue to buy the games, that's never going to happen.

I'm in the same boat. The demo feels like a more polished and overall much better product than 12, but it still has it's little flaws that nag at me. I think at this point I'm going to wait a couple weeks before I decide what to do, that way I can see what the user reviews are like. IGN and those other gaming sites are useless when it comes to real in depth reviews because those guys are just too big of homers for the game.

Basically, if you weren't happy with a lot of what you saw in NCAA 12, then I wouldn't recommend purchasing 13. If you were okay towards 12, then get 13. There's a good amount of new gameplay aspects that really look good.

 
I wish they'd remove some of the "bells and whistles", and make better game play. I played the demo, but I don't think I am gonna rush right out and get the game. One of the biggest flaws they had in 12 was when you kicked the extra point, a defender would walk thru the net and in the wall of that endzone. In NCAA 13, quicker reactions from the AI is one thing, but super powers where you think you are playing against superman is another.

 
I've been playing the early release now for a couple days. The game play is much smoother and I've been enjoying the tweaks to the dynasty mode. The only thing is I've been playing now for two days and I still don't understand all the changes to recruiting.
