NCAA in "Deep Discussion" to Implement Revenue Sharing with Athletes

I haven't paid attention to every detail of this. But, this sounds like a good direction it's moving. Now.....if it is implemented, how is it going to be policed? These can't be situations like typically are with the NCAA where there is an investigation and three years later they finally decide something. It needs to be a quick process.
