NCAA investigation at Oregon just got hotter

All of this is just so amusing in a sad way. These coaches break the rules to win and they end up furthering their career and everyone around them gets burned.

 
Do these contract provide a 'lookback' period where something like a chargeback is assessed for infractions or sanctions?

I highly doubt that any respectable agent would allow his client to sign a contract like that, unless it was the standard around the nation which I don't think it is.

Shady like Carroll. Southern Cal actually still pulls in 4 and 5* NFL talent during their down periods. They just don't win anything with them.

Oregon cannot be forced to hire Kiffin for another 3 years while USC finishes her sentence.
