NCAA Sweet Sixteen: Huskers vs Georgia Tech

Here's a layout of the sweet 16 and whom is playing one another and if the below image tells us anything it is how well the final regular season polls align to the post season. Only BYU lost to a lesser team. (Lost to Arizona State) (Kansas lost the Penn State)

  • First Set - Louisville wins 25-21  :facepalm:
  • Second Set - Creighton wins 25-14  :box
  • Third Set - Louisville wins 25-23  :(
  • Forth Set - Creighton wins 26-24 (on a Block)  :rolleyes:

Going to 5...

  • Fifth Set - Louisville wins 15-8 and advances  :cry

Nebraska might just finish GT before the Creighton/Louisville game is actually over. First set was dominant.

 
Great win today! I expect Kentucky, assuming they win vs Arky, will look to bring a better effort against the Huskers than they did early in the year. The team looks dialed in though, which is a great sign.

Kentucky is the hottest team in tourney. That will be one heck of a rematch if it happens. Pull up the socks and get ready to play big girl volleyball for sure!!
