He's been overrated a ton for what has happened to him this year(which I probably couldn't deal with) and whom he plays for.

I think, IIRC, teams oversign then pull scholarships after other teams have filled their quota's to keep them from getting a scholarship somewhere else. But I could be wrong

They have to sit out a year regardless.
