Nebraska Announcement Coming Tomorrow? (Dan Lusk news)

So I have seen some things on twitter from Dan Lusk ( Sports Attorney ) about him announcing something pertaining to Nebraska and the Big Ten. I haven't looked too much into this but does anyone have any idea of what this news could be?

Just my guess, Nebraska has filed suit demanding the BIG refs penalize and enforce offensive holding calls equally and not just against Nebraska players. 

On a similar note it probably also references illegal blocks and defensive hands to the face as well. Just a hunch though. As Lavar Burton used to say,
