Nebraska Big XII schedules set thru 2015

Sooooo......I'm guessing my plea to the Big XII to trade CU for TCU was denied. Dang you NCAA!

Speaking of TCU, I just got back a few hours ago from the Poinsettia Bowl where TCU dismantled Northern Illinois. What a display of defense. I think NIU ended up with negative 20 yards rushing and only about 80 yards passing. NIU only scored on a blocked punt. It was a fun game to watch because of blocked kicks and a lot of really good defense. It was a small but good crowd as well. Of course I was sporting my Husker gear and I had a few good conversations with both TCU and NIU fans about the upcoming bowl schedules.

Also was fun because I like to watch teams run the option. It makes me all teary eyed and melancholy thinking about the Osborne years.

I wish we could have just played OU every year at Thanksgiving. TV will never renew this crap with CU

Why do we always have the week before thanksgiving off? Would it be that bad if we were to try and schedule the off week sometime earlier in the year when we do not have any other bye weeks.
