There's no doubt Nebraska respects Kansas after Saturday's overtime thriller. But you'd think Husker coaches would know their opponent's names.

Bill Callahan called his opponent "Kansas State" in the first minute of his postgame press conference. He later mispronounced quarterback Adam Barmann's name. Phil Elmassian, meanwhile, called KU head coach Mark Mangino "Mangini."

I'm a husker fan first but who said this is a society of crimson glasses wearing, can't take criticism mindless zombies? Every one makes mistakes. Time for some people to own up to theirs and to learn from them. This next month is a crossroads where we'll see what the team and the coaches are made of. If they correct their mistakes then we can be 3-1 or 4-0. One game at a time.

I for one do not think the season is over and you are right. There are quite a few people whining about some trivial sh#t. Now there are some areas that need addressed.
