That was a pretty fair assesment by the folks at espn.....i'm a little suprised
There is no question that Briscoe should be in the top 10. This writter guy is high. :angry:
I'd have to sit down and go through the whole Big XII, but I was surprised he was that low. He is easily one of the best receivers in the conference.
