Nebraska Legislature Thread

Doing it on a state by state level would be kind of annoying but maybe if the states started doing it, it would move forward nationally.

Boy if they’re too scared to lead the pack on killing DST, you guys back home can probably look forward to legal pot a day or two before the sun finally craps out.
Hahah!  Just talked about this in class today.

I said "My guess is Nebraska will legalize it but it will just be the last state to do it"

Or we just need TO to really "retire"

The bill was for changing if the federal government voted to change.  We wouldn’t be doing it alone.

On this, if the federal changes, does everyone change automatically?
That's the part I don't understand.

The articles always have this wording in them.  This is from the last article I posted.

At least 19 states have approved bills that would allow the switch to permanent daylight saving time, if Congress approves. The change was touted as boosting shopping and adding more hours for outdoor recreation.
