When it was all said and done, they assessed a flagrant one against the Penn State player for kicking the Minnesota player. They allowed the Minnesota player that was kicked to take two foul shots, then the Minnesota player that was fouled took her shots with everyone lined up to rebound should she miss her free throws. After the two free throws by the fouled player Penn State got the ball out of bounds. When this was called against Nebraska, Penn State got all their free throws and then got the ball out of bounds after all the free throws. Which set of officials got the call right?
