Nebraska received one point in the Coaches' Poll

I have no problem with Pelini voting his 8-4 team #25. People come up with the weirdest things to complain about.

 
If I was a coach I'd always vote my team #1. Just to piss people off and make news....that and show how biased this poll is...(I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for the coaches poll; however, as they correctly gave us the NT in 97)

 
It's not about some kind of imaginary battle lines on the forum. When you post stupid sh#t, you're going to get called out on it. As always, there are a few who agree with the stupid sh#t, but that's life.

I really can't believe people are actually upset or "embarrassed" over this. This off season is going to be a rough one around here...

 
I could give two sh#ts about Pelini voting his team #25. One token vote for one less than token season. meh, it doesn't say anything about Pelini other than he is either delusional enough to believe it or he was simply trying to throw a bone to his players. It's not like it matters in the least.

 
Keeps Blackshirts away from starting defense because they didn't earn it.

Votes his team #25 a week after a 21 point loss at home to an unranked team.

Seems legit.

He has Iowa ranked. And the teams Iowa lost to are ranked #4, #7, #19, #23.

 
Bunch of damn crybabies...why wouldn't he vote for his team? Do you cheer for the other team if your kid is playing against them?

 
Some have mentioned that Husker Nation is divided into those for and against Bo. Certainly it is, but I see it as those who see the glass half full as opposed to those who see the glass always empty. The former knows we aren't where we want to be and understand that winning consistently may take awhile in todays football world. The latter see nothing good and want it all burned to the ground. The amount of butthurt amazes me. The obsession with Bo's every move and how it is never the right decision says more about you than about Bo.
