Nebraska Recruits?

The difference being, Mallett's father is a diehard Arkansas fan and a friend of Houston Nutt. Also, Mallet has attended camp at Arkansas since becoming a teen. Mallett only moved to Texas because of a job offer for his father and much better competition and recognition for himself.

I've read even on some Texas boards that they (the cockiest SOB's in the world) do not have a shot at him, FWIW.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love for Mallett to become a Husker, but I'm not exactly holding my breath.

 
if that QB from north runs like that and if he can legitimately throw the ball why not let him take some snaps. maybe another mike vick? i know Bill&co want to keep this a pro-style, west coast offense why not get a QB back there that can move. That's my biggest fear about the WCO i'm skerred that these pro style backs are going to get eaten alive by the quick defenses in the big XII

That's why you need excellent pass block and the ability to pick up the blitz.
