Nebraska schedules Cincinnati series

I think this is part of the ideal non-conference schedule. You want a power, a middle of the road, and a easy game. This is the middle of the road team for that plan. Now schedule an Oklahoma and an Akron, and you have a perfect 3 game non-conference schedule.

GREAT move

Cincy is HOTBED of talent

Elder, Moeller, Colerain, ST X- AMAZING HS talent in that neck of the woods

AND the Haufbrau Haus is right there on the other side of the river overlooking downtown Cincy- fun place to stay and go- Embassy Suites on the river

We'll be coming off of our 6th consecutive national title in 2020 so I think we'll be the favorites.

Why would they space out the games opposed to having them in consecutive years?
I don't know the real answer to this but possibly scheduling conflicts before and after 2020/2025. They both or one of them may already have tentative teams lined up in their schedules for OOC games! :dunno

I thought Oklahoma was on the schedule in the early 20's as part of the 50th anniversary of The Game of the Century?
