Nebraska to Gator Bowl, Could This Be Possible

A&M is out for there bowl due to covid problems.  If we have a squad ready, do we put our hat in the ring.  I say to make up for the debacle last year we should.  Gator bowl would love to take hungry nebraska fans.

Ummmm ….. only if 30 other teams say no. Then we try to get everyone back on campus in 2 days, during Christmas. Less than a ZERO chance and would not be a good situation at all.

Huh? A team with 4 wins would "earn" it more than us
Oh jesus,  What i mean is no other team is any more or less deserving if you didnt recieve a bowl bid.  Most 5-7 and below teams didnt recieve bids.  Part of the allure is getting butts in the seats and nebraska would bring plenty of money to the gator bowl.  Not rutgers, ill, I was saying it was more of a win for the gator bowl if they had a say in who would take a&ms place.

Your right, how would it benefit a team who could use all the additional practice and gametime prep they could use plus a 5mil paycheck.  All while trying to keep the players and coaches you still have showing the team has some guts and a pulse.  Yea who could benefit from that.

With Rutgers going to the Gator Bowl that makes Nebraska and Kansas the two P5 programs who haven't made a bowl game in the last 5 years.

Good luck to Noah Vedral though.
