Well it was a valient effort but to be honest we should have played the whole game likke we played the ;ast 13 or so minutes of the game

Two vs. Penn St, two vs. Iowa and NW. Other than that, it would be a pretty nice upset.

Hopefully we can start Saturday

 
Went to check our schedule and saw we are currently 331st in the country in scoring offense. Out of 347.

Ouch.

 
It was awesome to see Shields attacking the rim in the half court. Seems to be the only player on the team capable of doing so.

Two freshmen - Shields and Parker - and a sophomore - Rivers - getting 20+ minutes per game. Hopefully the experience will pay off over the next couple years.

 
Checking the box score:

How do you pull down more offensive rebounds than your opponent (13-11), beat them 8-1 in steals, only have 2 turnovers to their 12 and still lose by 9? Oh. You shoot 22-66 from the floor.

 
It's too bad we didn't have Ubel for the game. The big guy killed us. That was the biggest difference. We need big guys for next year.
