Because not once but twice he didnt even run up and catch the ball.

It sure would be nice if they could figure this out in year four. The coverage teams suck too. The special teams as a whole have been bad for the last 3 years.

Two years ago we were among the national leaders in punt returns. Lucky also had a kick return for a touchdown that was called back on a hold way away from the play. Congdon set a freshman record for field goals as well.

Last year's ST were not good, that's obvious. But since you obviously hate this staff, I wouldn't expect you to actually do any research, sweeping generalizations are more your style.

yep. without a doubt a glaring weakness when it comes to coaching, can't blame it all on the players.

don't have those punt return stats from 2 years ago you are bally hooing about, but overall special teams have just sucked since Cally has been here, no 2 ways about it!

 
The average per return was 12.1 that year and is 9.58 since 04. Kickoff returns are 19.06 since 04. Compare that to the other teams average of 6.72 PR and 19.56 KO.

Punting has been solid since 04 so you can't say all of the special teams have sucked since Callahan came to town.

 
i was mainly refering to punt returns and coverage and kick returns and coverage. 2 critcal field position speical teams play.

 
get over it, we need to improve here badly and so far that is not happening. so folks have a want to know, "what is the plan?"
