Can not overstate the importance of today’s game. If we get to 3-2 in the league there’s real optimism that we can avoid playing on the first day of the B1G tournament. Team needs to win a road game in conference for their confidence too. Played well @ IU, can they repeat that effort here?

 
Long way to go before we can begin to think about this team surprising anyone.   But if they could finish around .500 in league play that’d be a great start for Fred.  
They need to avoid the blow out losses first - to win you need to keep the games close by out hustling every body.  Playing hard doesn’t take top ten talent - just top ten effort.    Defense and rebounding are hustle.  

 
This is frustrating. 
 

Rebound and play good defense. 
 

We are letting their shooters be wide open and not challenged. 

 
I'd like to see another angle of the last second 3 (not a good play seeing they used the exact same one in the exact same circumstances against Indiana). Burke acted like he hit his elbow and missing that bad was very out of the norm.

It was a foul, but we should never have been in that position.  I thought cheatam played his worse game of the year and should have been sitting for a while.  There is more to the green story than we know.
