I have complaining about officiating all the time, but the foul on the Arop "block" felt more like the Ref was calling it based on his expectation over what happened with the play.

Touch foul ? That was obvious call. Quit the whining. We aren’t losing because of any call.  We have less fouls and 10 more free throws
