Nebrasketball Game #7- AdvoCare Invitational- Long Beach State (Sunday, November 24: 1pm)

Pushing tempo, Attacking the rim and slashing TOWARDS the hoop without the ball and the team looks very good.  Go figure.

 
We must have closed the half .... slower than we opened it.

Part of it was playing with an interesting line up to say the least.  The other was everything that worked and look so well at first they quit doing(ie, they slowed it down for whatever reason).  McVeigh also was playing defense so there is that as well

 
Reverse slam by Palmer pushes the lead back to 19.  Pace and energy just liked the opening of the game

 
Miles refusing to use a TO to stop a huge run by the Beach let’s them cut the lead to 5.  Playing mirror images of the first half.  The team really goes to crap when they try to slow it down in the half court.  

 
Losing Roby early is really hurting them now.  Getting abused on the boards and 2nd chance points and no defense in the paint
