Nebrasketball @ Michigan State

Too much hero ball. Need more screens and unselfish play if they hope to claw back. If Sparty keeps shooting well from outside, there isn’t much we’ll be able to do to stop them. Their ball movement has been impressive, would be nice if we could do the same.

12% on threes.

Only Sam Hoiberg in garbage time kept us from being 31% FROM THE FREE THROW LINE.

It is mind-boggling how we can be that bad at shooting.  My daughter's jr. high team shoots way better than that.

I didn't watch last night either.  I didn't get home until it was halftime & they were down 22.  It appears that they played OK the second half, but the last 10-ish minutes of the second first half were ugly based on what I read.

One of those nights when you knew it was over in the first half.  It's going to happen at times.  Last night was one of those games.  Oh well, brush it off and onto the next one.  I'm not too discouraged over it.  Plenty of opportunities still ahead.
