It is a must win for Rutgers.  It isn't a must win for Nebraska by any stretch- no road game in the B1G is.  That said, if we lose this we fall right back on the bubble.

It's not necessarily a must win, but it would be a quad 2 loss and NU would be 3-5 in the first two quadrants (3-3 in Q1, 0-2 in Q2) + only 1-4 in true road games.  This is a winnable game & they can't afford to lose any more of those.
