Nebrasketball vs Bethune-Cookman

That was brutal.  Absolutely nothing to be excited about after watching that.

D was ok.  The shooting, especially in the first half, was horrendous.

For all the talk about having two true point guards this year, they combined for 3 assists and 5 turnovers.

I'm not sure what to say about this game.

This was the worst I've seen Nebraska play in a VERY long time.  No one looked particularly good and Fred didn't seem to be able to find a good lineup to put on the floor.  It wasn't for lack of effort, they just couldn't find a basket.  Too many turnovers - some were BS illegal screens/charges.

Every one of the 5 free throws Bethune Cookman got on the "foul" on the 3 pointer + the flagrant one should have been disallowed because they had players that were not beyond half court when they were shot.  I say "foul" because the shooter stuck his foot out into the path of the defender to initiate contact.

Huskers got lucky that BC doesn't know where the edges of the court are.  They had 4-5 (at least) turnovers because they stepped out of bounds.

You really aren't doing a good job at making me excited about this team and season.
