I can see why ESPN would say that.
Great slugfest basketball game.
NU played like Michigan State teams. Frustrating them with defense. I think there was an almost 8 min stretch in the second half they couldn't make a basket. 4 consecutive turnovers. 19 for the game.
The other Michigan went nuts on USC. Scoring 96 to 107 points against 3 ranked teams in a row. Holding them to 66-75 points.
It will be interesting to see what happens when thier offense meets our defense.

Last minute call to go to the game. Hell yes. Crowd was crazy loud! Great game.

Hell Yeah!!! As a Gonzaga fan, purely becauae Nebraska has taken decades to be even remotely consistent in basketball, I was thinking while watching that Nebraska reminds me of St. Marys.

Sandfort and Sam with foul trouble but still found a way to scrape out a gritty win, that was great team effort. I’m sure a halftime speech Hoiberg prefers than the previous two games haha.
Is it fair to ponder if Sandfort and Sam were on the floor with regular minutes that perhaps NU offense runs cleaner and hits a few more shots to pull away?
