Kind of questioning the automatic standard of sitting down with two fouls in the first half. It's okay as a general rule, but when the matchups are altered as dramatically as they were when Gary went to the bench, it might be worth leaving on the floor. He certainly is not helping you sitting on his butt, and the worst that could happen is he goes into the second half with three fouls....  this might have been an instance where it was worth the risk.

Yeah, I'm not sure when that became the norm.  But it seems excessive to me.
