need a good husker related dog name

girl or boy?

I adopted a black lab pup about 3 months ago and asked around here for a name too. Scarlet was recommended as a girl name. I ended up getting a boy and named him Husker.

 
Girl or boy is a great question and makes a huge difference!

Now I'm hooked thinking about it since I'm thinking of getting another lab.

What about Mack, short for Mackovicka?

Dr. Tom?

Lil' Red?

Okay, I better get something done aroud the house!

Being a black lab you could call him "BLACKSHIRT" but it is a little long.

Also, since we are going back to defense you could call him "D"

Or maybe T.O.

I don't know how this "inbred" talk started being applied to the plains-- it's never been an issue here. Leave it to a CU fan to get Nebraska confused with the Deep South ;)

Many pet-experts believe that when choosing a dog, one should try to select a dog whose personality is akin to its owner.

If one enjoys hunting, that person should select a dog that loves being outdoors -- i.e., a Labrador.

It must've been rather difficult for you to find a dog whose personality could be defined as "dbag-ish."

That, or a poodle...either way.
