Need help re: autographed football

I have an autographed football from 1970 my father passed on to me recently. It was autographed to me three weeks after the Game of the Century (my birthing-day). It has one white panel signed by Devaney, Tagge and Kinney. Unfortunately, it was displayed near a window for a while and the blue permanent marker is very faded.

Does anyone know of an autograph restoration service? There has to be some chemical that could bring these out again. If not, my only recourse would be to re-trace the signatures carefully, but that would take away too much mystique.

Any ideas would be appreciated...

The only thing I can think of is an antique restoration service, but they are few and far between. This post will get moved btw.
