8/30/2005: 1750 TBS College Football Extra MulticamEach Saturday, starting on 9/3 through 11/5, the new dish home (ch 100) will offer the TBS College Football Extra game available in multicam. Dish home will be pre-empted during the schedule times with a 6 screen multicam mosaic of college football. The 6 screens will be different camera angles of the same game. This will only be available for the TBS College Football game each Saturday, and will not be available for any other college football game, such as ESPN GamePlan, ESPN, ESPN2, Fox Sports Regional, or any NFL game. The audio (from ch 139) will be the same for each of the 6 video windows.

All of the current functionality of the new dish home will be available during the TBS multicam. An OpenTV enabled receiver and subscription to at least the AT60 programming package is required to view the TBS feeds.
All I can say for myself is.....WOO-HOO! :clap

Not only is this a big WOO HOO!

It's an even bigger WOO HOO because now I get to watch the Rams destroy CU from 6 different angles!

There have been some funny commercials on Cox lately that seem like TBS commericals and they are showing clips from shows that are on that channel, but that's it. No TBS logo or anything. Just "Coming to Omaha Sept something". I am holding out hope that we will get TBS in HD. That would rock :horns2 Can't be Husker football and family guy in HD.

Long as they dont make it a premium channel option. HUSKER HD nirvana :cheers
Nah, they wouldn't. It's part of the programming I have now so I would get the HD channel for free. ;)

Update:

For this weeks game of Colorado State versus Colorado, the channel lineup is as follows....

Channel 473: High End

Channel 474: Goal Post

Channel 475: Reverse

Channel 476: Low End

Channel 477: Reverse End Zone

The regular view will be shown on TBS for the 6th camera angle.

You can view all the channels together at once on your DISH interactive channel which is channel 100.

I don't know if these will be the same camera angles for next week, but this will be how it is viewed for this weekend.

Enjoy!
