I think the new field looks cool. SP sure is pouring a lot of heart (and money) into NU. Tradition is great and all, but there is nothing wrong with new and improved either.

I think that really looks sharp. Sets us apart somewhat. Remember when we were the first to have field turf... now EVERYone does. I know we arent the first to go with this design, but still at least we arent following the herd, AND its a tribute to the Bobfather era at the same time, not sure why everyone wouldnt love it!

It is a wonder how quickly people can change their opinions....however, mine has not changed, it keeps looking better and better with every update. Can't wait to see it all sleek and painted up.

 
That turf looks kick a$$. Wonder if SP discussed putting down some red turf a la what Boise State has in the smurf turf?

 
My brother said he walked by the stadium the other day in looked in the agte. He said the field looks pretty sharp.

Way to steal my idea DJR. :thumbs

 
Don't like it. It may take a while, maby with paint and the "N" and everything may change my mind. I just don't care for the light and dark green. B)

 
Yeah, I'm not so sure that I like it either. I think it kinda looks like a goofy colored tube sock. :blink:
