I don't remember the wishbone running out of the shotgun and Lee is no Thomas Lott. Also, it sounds like the OP wants all three at the same depth from the line of scrimmage. If a wishbone qb sees a hole in the line, he is through it in two steps. Twelve feet back in the shotgun.....

Or how about we just bring back the Full House set, or more commonly known among Nebraska fans as the "Os-bone". That could be killer.

 
The Formation isn't anything new. Plenty of Teams use it already. He just wants a personel change with Green playing one of the RBs spot.

Who gets the snap won't make a diff as the LBs will see.

As another poster said, you will have to use a QB to Block. Not sure if this is the best use of personel.
