I've heard good things about Phil Snow, BUT go get Jim Leonhard for the DC. I think he could get a few Wisconsin kids to come to Lincoln in the future. The state loves Jim Leonhard and many are p***ed he didn't the job.

Jim Leonhard -Big 10 experience, revenge factor. Has been main DC and not co-DC. With that said would be extremely pleased with either.

Schumann has the better recruiting history. He’s highly touted. Similar to Leonard believed to be a future head coach himself. He’s worked alongside some very successful coaches. I’d say that he has an edge.
