Some people seem to think otherwise but that seems to be a misunderstanding that coaches were literally forbidden from making those visits for a year-and-a-half.  But he was literally in Omaha every week when he was allowed to be.

You are probably right, and I am more likely wrong.  My bad

If I was him I'd recruit in Omaha just to visit Joe Tess at the Stockyards  chuckleshuffle

Unfortunately, the South Omaha original spot closed down in July  :(

Based on this, you could figure salaries of about: 

O-Coordinator: $1 million (a 100k raise for Satterfield)

D-Coordinator: $1.1 million

WR coach/recruiting coordinator: $1 million

RBs: $400k

QBs: $400k

OL: $600k

DL/Recruiter: $1.1 million

LBs: $350k

DBs: $450k

Special Teams/Misc: $350k

That comes out to $6.75 million. They could spread a little more to try and keep Mickey or lure Robinson from TAMU. This is unlikely but we can dream.

The recruiting coordinator is the db coach.

 
We need more good QBs and you can’t not recruit more guys with the fear of losing your starter. But, I hope we don’t lose CT just because this guy wants to follow his OC.

The worst fish I have ever had. 

 
I don’t think I would lump every name you have heard hired for the staff as part of the 10. I think a couple of them will end up being analysts, namely Foley and Knighton.

Do analysts count toward the $7m and why do we think they might be analysts instead of assistants or coordinators?

No, it'll only be the 10 assistant coaches.  Analysts, GAs and S&C will be a different budget for salaries
