Yeah once we got our d-line coach I kinda figured he was out. I know a lot of people thought he might be a defensive coordinator but I think Matt Rhule will go with Snow.

Snow is currently unemployed so if he was the guy then I don’t understand what the hold up is. 
 

I’m guessing the D Coordinator will be a young up and comer not Snow.

Definitely would take him but someone will probably try to get him to be their head coach some where and I heard the Packers might have interest in him to.

The Rhule coaching staff is trending in a mediocre direction. It's a C- so far. 

Basically if the hiring pool was less, Rhule would've still hired basically the same guys and not used the money to bring in a known recruiting guy.

As an OC. QB coach pays much less. 

No doubt. But it must still be enough that his hiring is dependent on if MJ was retained or not. This is due to the salary pool issues according to what Sipple & Callahan are reporting.

AHC and DC haven't been announced. Two most important spots imo

Agree 100%. If he hires snow I drop the grade to a D+.

Completely underwhelmed by these hires. The teams that are successful at the highest level bring in top coordinators every time theirs moves on. They pay the top guys available to get them. They don’t just take that money and pay a guy they once coached with because they’re comfortable with. Could have hired these guys with a 5 million pool.
