New Hotels May Allow Lincoln to Host NCAA Tournament

Lincoln still needs one higher end hotel IMO. The Courtyards/Fairfield Inns/etc are nice but getting a Westin or similar type hotel would be essential to secure an event the size of the NCAA tournament.

 
The NCAA is going to demand higher end hotels for the teams and NCAA officials. It will be interesting if Lincoln can become a host for the first weekend, because Omaha is hosting the regionals (2nd weekend) in 2018. If Omaha does well (which I fully expect), it may work into the rotation at the regional level in the Midwest.
