I don't know, I'm just not a big fan of all the Pro Combat hoopla. 75% of the stuff just doesn't look good, and some of it's downright terrible (see: Georgia).

Judging from some of the (presumably older) guys over at BuckeyePlanet, they hate them.

Agreed, I'm not digging the current wave of uniform reinvention. Some classics shouldn't be changed...OSU, PSU, Michigan, ND, Bama etc

Terrible...reminiscent of the 2002 Husker uniforms with the giant ugly red stripe. Maybe tOSU is trying to emulate our awfulness that year.

I liked their Pro Combat Unis for them. Classic. But new.

Though these are better than the last 2 (during MI games '09, '10), I agree w/what one of the players said of the uniforms after the '09 game - retire them undefeated.

When I saw the helmet alone I didn't like it, but when I saw it with the whole ensemble, I actually really liked it.

I thought the helmets were pretty sweet, but the rest of the jersey was dull and looked like crap IMO. But the helmets? Sweet.

I would prefer that Nike quit jacking with teams uniforms in an effort to boost their sales. I prefer the original helmets and the buckeye leaf stickers.

as long as it's not for m1ch1g@n it's tolerable.

Don't get me wrong I dislike the helmets but I'd dislike them less if they brought them out for IU or PU.
