I don't think so. I am pretty sure Nebraska signed some sort of contract with FSN to carry a certain amount of games, only to be aired in Nebraska or the area around Nebraska on that station. Thats just a guess though.

Yeah that's correct, plus it would be hard broadcasting the same game on 2 different networks. I am sure both networks wouldn't like that
