New rule changes

what do you think about the new rule changes?

Moving the kick off line?

Limiting the play clock to 15 seconds after a TV time out?

and I think the rule is back to the game clock starts on the snap again, right?

I believe you are right. I think I like these better than last year's rule changes.

The play clock at 15 after tv timeouts is what they should of done in the first place to try to speed up the game just a little bit. I am glad that they corrected their mistakes from last year.

this just reminded me how brutal kickoffs are with Wesch on 08. Opponents are never within there own 30

Well, since Colorado blows and Kansas sucks the kickers should be able to hit the coffin corners. Right????

I thought Wesch did a pretty good job last year. They didn't take him with the team on road games until the middle part of the season if I remember correctly. But whenever he kicked off, he definately booted the ball farther than Congdon.

I think, for this year at least, that Kunalic will be our "distance" kicker and Wesch will be used for shorter more accurate kicks. I think its great to have real competition at this position for the first time in a while.
