Really don't know anything about the new coach, but Iowa and Wisconsin are not noted for their team speed.
If you mentioned LSU to someone, the first thing that comes to mind is "team speed".
I hope I'm just mis-informed, but the Big 10 is not where I'd think to look for S & C coaches to help with NU's team speed. <_<
