New Staff Selection

Raiola is a 2024 kid....Frost has to win more games than he loses the next few years before we even have a sniff at this kid in Lincoln.
Sorry.  I thot ‘23.  But a transfer QB if need be to back up Adrian - Smothers - HH maybe needed. It will depend on AM.   We also have Torres presumably.   He may not fit the new offense so much but who knows.  QB is really less critical than O line, RB, specialists, and retention on defense roster/staff.

someone who can call a game in crunch time would also be helpful.

Moves are being made. Florida and USC are stealing the head coach from a winning program. So I don't think anyone is waiting until after conference championship week.
Massive shake ups this week. Im still in shock over Riley leaving. Now OU losing top recruits. We need to absolutely ambush the transfer portal.

Given how everything is fast paced now in recruiting and transfer portals, etc. You would think we would be naming our new assistants very soon. I would imagine Frost would like and need the extra help on the recruiting trail during this very important time. There are only a handful of teams playing and preparing for their conference championship games right now, all teams in which I don't see us taking their assistants, so naming our new staff soon should be expected. Unless of course we are getting rejected out there.

being reported Joseph will be announced as WR Coach and recruiting Coordinator at NU
Hope he’s a good coach. He did some good things at LSU I think.  Has long term connections in LA to help. There are excellent RBs and WRs and a few QBs. Also good defenders in LA.   Difference maker types.

Does Oklahoma in the SEC = Nebraska in the BIG10. Losing Riley and a year of top recruits + moving to the SEC might lead back to the dark ages of OU football methinks.
