The latest telephone poll taken by the White House, asked whether people

thought illegal immigration is a serious problem:

29% of respondents answered: "Yes, it is a serious problem."

71% of respondents answered: "No es una problema seriosa."

my coworker from Guadalajara thought it was priceless. well not really I probably mispronounced a couple of words. meh

 
My husband was so ticked off the other day.....he made a phone call and was prompted to "Press 1 for English". He said, "I'm in the United States and they're asking ME to press 1 for English!"

 
I think the feeling in Washington DC is that illegal immigrants take the dirty jobs many of us would not want. And they don't receive social security or unemployment benefits. Of course they don't pay taxes either.

and then the administration also realized that the Spanish speaking population needed dictionaries.

'cause "seriosa" isn't a spanish word
