I'm biased, but New York is the superior pizza by far. I think Chicago has it all wrong. Pizza is not some heavy deep dish food that you eat with a spoon and fork. It is perfect on a thin crust, fresh and hot from coal oven with high quality ingredients in the perfect proportions that you can eat with your hands. Chicago style pizza is like eating cake or something. What do you folks think?

Nope- Chicago for me the carb lover. Love to sink my teeth into a mix of dougn, garlic and cheese. It's absolutely the best.

Not even a debate, NY style pizza is actual pizza. Chicago style is just a mess of toppings and sauce that happens to have similar ingredients to pizza.

Have to agree, although having spent a good chunk of time in the East probably predisposed me toward New York style.

And it re-heats better, IMO.

I have never heard of St. Louis style pizza. I just looked it up. It is like NY Style Pizza with that interesting fused cheese they have.

Chicago-style, no question. I just made some utterly fantastic deep-dish pizza Friday night. Best pizza ever. Seriously.
