Getting ready to move and lordy do I have some downsizing to do!

I found a stash of Omaha World Herald and Lincoln Journal Star newspapers from the Championship games (some before and some after) between 1995 and 1998, along with a couple of "The Osborne Years" special sections, commemorating his tenure.

Are these worth anything in terms of $$$. If not, does anyone on here want them, or should I go ahead and use them to wrap my bone china dog collection for shipping?

(Also several newspapers from the first days of the first gulf war, circa 1991)

I"m thinking if someone wants them, I'd spring for the mailing costs and perhaps the recipient could buy me a Nebraska Burger at a game some day.

Sounds like those would make for some pretty cool frameable pictures for someone's game room. Not sure if there worth anything but pretty cool all the same.

I would love to take a look and would be elated to have one, can you send me sone pictures of the newspapers?

I will post some pics. Don't think I'll go the selling route. May just take a list of interested parties and send them out first come first served. I don't want to keep them, but don't feel right just throwing them out either.

Won't get the pics up tonight, likely tomorrow.

Count me in! I would like to frame one or two and either

A) Hang one or two in my sons bedroom

or

B) Put one or two in the football only locker room at the HS I coach at (Never could hurt to put NU in the boys mind just incase we ever get a legit D1 kid)

post them to photobucket and then put them here.

I have all the media guides from the 90s including the championship years. I would be interested in selling them. I did a major downsize before my last move, but they made the cut. I still have space problems.

I have a box of stuff like this as well. This thread gave me the itch to go dig it out. The 90's run I was about9 to 15 years oldish. I saved EVERYTHING. LJS and OWH colored Sunday morning review. Huskers Illustrateds. SI's with us on the covers.
