Some people (Deion Sanders and James Jones) seem to think Rudolph deserves punishment as well for starting it by trying to pull Garrett's helmet off on the sack

Some believe Mason Rudolph, hit in head with his own helmet, isn't getting enough blame

I mean Rudolph was definitely asking for a fight, but he wasn't asking to get clubbed over the head with a helmet. The crap he was doing happens all the time, I haven't seen anyone swinging a helmet since the Miami/FIU brawl.

That doesn't mean that Rudolph shouldn't get in trouble (fine and/or suspension). 

This is very typical Steelers. They always act like they are the victims when they start crap. It gets old and one reason why I don't care for the NFL all that much.

Rudolph started it by trying to pull Garrett's helmet off after he got tackled, so at the very least, he should get a fine.
