Not bad, coming off a pretty bad elbow injury in the fall. For context that would've put him in a tie for 4th last year.
Those are pretty small hands for a guy expected to catch the ball. Maybe that's why he had the drops from time to time at NU.
Since he has tiny hands, maybe he can run for President some day. Those are pretty small hands for a guy expected to catch the ball. Maybe that's why he had the drops from time to time at NU.
Measured pinkie to thumb I believe. I think a lot of pass catchers have upper 9's or 10 inch hands.Since he has tiny hands, maybe he can run for President some day. Those are pretty small hands for a guy expected to catch the ball. Maybe that's why he had the drops from time to time at NU.

In seriousness though, having 9" hands, what does that mean? How are hands measured? What is considered "ideal" hand size for the TE position?
I saw TJ Watt from Wisconsin had 11 inch hands at the combine. He's an OLB/DE, but it gives a good example of someone with big hands.Measured pinkie to thumb I believe. Nice humble brag9" hands for a 6-3 guy is pretty small. i don't have big hands at all and mine are 9.75 at 6-2.
Ameer did 24 reps. 10 seems pretty low if he's looking to be an every down back. Not a husker...but C Mcaffrey did 10 bench reps.....
That stinks, right? I remember doing 5 sets of 10 in college. Or am I way off? 10 reps???
Can someone provide some context here? Do guys tank this drill so they're not worn out later? It's kinda meaningless test overall, maybe 10 is the low u wanna go if you're tanking it?

Best thing about the combine is how average joes start comparing what they used to "lift in college" to the guys at the combine.I think I know where this is going There's gonna be a bunch of benchpress numbers that start getting posted
