Nice performace tonight Huskers

Well, the Nebraska game WILL be Iowa's Super Bowl.

And if we survive that meat-grinder, we will probably face an angry USC team or maybe Oregon State.

We should just quit now, on a high note.

Still have a long road ahead of us (Penn State, Mich State, and Iowa are no gimmes). For some reason we still can not figure out the penalties and turnovers..Its frustrating. However, a win is a win..Good luck the rest of the way Michiganman
Actually, none of our games are 'gimmies'. Minnesota may be playing for a bowl, and they have a mobile QB and a decent defense--could be dangerous.
Gray is now playing WR and now start a true frosh. Has some wheels but not in the same classs as gray when it comes to mobility. Decent passer. Still should win by 4 TD's

You both just made me laugh out loud.

what you saw tonight will be deja vu when you pplay MSU. They cannot pass at all, good defense, and a clueless OC.

Apparently USC and Oregon State are now part of the Big 10 conference...

They're part of the Pac-12, who provides the Big 10's opponent in the Rose Bowl.
Oh, so he just skipped the part where we play in the B1G conference champion? It will be hard to be Wisconsin twice (or possible Penn state)...

Not necessarily, since he said "probably". And you skipped the part where Penn State is ineligible for postseason play.

I know the rest of our games aren't gimmes......but really? Iowa is terrible, Michigan state has a stout defense, but anemic on offense. Penn state scares me, because they have nothing to lose and they are reckless, but we have them at home......I'm started to smell roses!!

We just match up really well against all those teams. I have a hard time being worried about facing pocket passers anymore. The Penn State kid is mobile enough to give us an occasional headache, but he's certainly no "running" QB.

Minnesota is the one that worries me. Running QB, decent defense, easy to overlook. There's all the ingredients of our traditional let down home game.
