I love this board. I totally love the sarcasm that we can throw around. It's all in good fun. I can't tell you how many times in the last week someone would dismiss my predictions, reciting the fact that I had predicted that we would beat FAU 24-10. The comment would be ,"Wait, aren't you the guy who said we'd only beat FAU 24-10?" Truly funny stuff. I never take it personally. Well, yesterday, I was hit with an epiphany: I said that McNeese State was actually going to be a tough test. Everybody laughed it off (which was not unrealistic). Boy, was I surprised to end up being right about this one. I was not able to watch or listen to the game today, as I had to drive out to the desert to pick up my mom (I'm in San Diego). No radio reception. Just got back to town, turned on my computer, and saw that we barely pulled it out. Holy moly. I'd prefer to be wrong from now on!
